Study On The Mode Of Project Management Of HB Power Grid "One Core And Two Closed Loop"

The power industry is the foundation and lifeline of the national economy,the power grid companies ensure safe and reliable operation of power grid and strengthen the power grid planning and construction is the important basis.Grid companies not only ensure the security of the power grid operation and maintenance,also carries a lot of power grid construction and power grid renovation project implementation and management tasks.Especially in power grid project comprehensive plan management,with the power grid companies have carried on the unit at the county level within the power grid companies timely on the cross and “three sets of five” system construction,which demand project management mode to adjust accordingly.Therefore,it has great the practical value and significance to strengthen the research on power grid construction and transformation of enterprise project management model.In this paper,it combines with the characteristics of grid construction and renovation projects,“The enterprise's strategic target” as the core,in order to improve the investment plan of benefit and efficiency,it tries to carry out the “enterprise” project management research,establishes new project management mode of “on core and two closed loop”,namely the enterprise level project “big closed loop” management,the implementation of the project of “small closed loop” control,In order to improve the level of comprehensive plan management.This article first based on the related literature at home and abroad and some research,introduces the research background,research content,the possible innovation;Secondly,according to the analysis of present situation of HB power grid project management and the existing problems,putting forward the “hierarchical management” of the new concept of project management,and build the “one core and two closed loop” mode of project management;Thirdly,it clears organization division of labor and the specific implementation process under the “one core and two closed loop” management mode;Finally,putting forward the problems and measures of “one core and two closed loop ”management mode in the application process.The study results not only provide new ideas for the management of HB Power Grid Corp enterprise comprehensive plan management,also has a certain value and significance of power grid projects in other areas of management and control.
