Research On The Optimization Of Closed-loop Management In O2O Of WSH Company

The O2 O model,a new e-commerce model that is used in China's Internet following B2 B and B2 C e-commerce,has been adopted by many traditional enterprises during the two years from its birth to its rapid-growth time.At the same time,,a large number of O2 O enterprises have faced the difficulties of online and offline integration,poor information feedback,and low traffic conversion rate,which blocks the O2 O industry.Looking at management of the mode,this paper did closed loop management study,which plays a significant role in times where O2 O is gaining its position rapidly.Based on a brief introduction to the current status of WSH development,this paper used PEST analysis to comprehensively analyze the external environment it is currently in.It is concluded that the current education O2 O market is in the capital market,and it is rational for WHS to exist with O2 O model.Then,by field visiting and market questionnaires,we knew something that needed to be improved at the current stage of WSH.The fact that the drainage capacity is poor and the customer loyalty is low,and the market competitiveness is weak.In response to these phenomenons,the three types of closed-loop management--information,payment,relationship--had been studied and analyzed,and comparison had been made between each process of the management and the operating process of WSH so as to propose upgrading methods and practical protection measures based on major elements of O2 O closed-loop management.The purpose of this study is to improve market conversion rate,flux,targeted market,and loyalty of customers so as to increase the cash drain by studying material,visiting the field and doing the questionnaires with various analysis measures.It is based on the theory of O2 O closed-loop management.This research is also an inevitable choice for the development of WSH e-commerce enterprises.It is also conducive to enriching China's O2 O model management theory research,and also provides some guidance and reference for the management of other O2 O e-commerce enterprises.
