Agriculture is the primary industry of our national economy,and the progress of science and technology is the first productive force to promote the development of agriculture.The results of the first productive forces should be transformed into the actual production of agriculture.The agricultural technology promotion personnel base is bridge peasants and scientific and technological achievements related to each other,is the backbone of agricultural technology promotion system,to achieve scientific and technological achievements into agricultural production technology,must establish the incentive system according to the enthusiasm and creativity of the agricultural technology promotion personnel at the grassroots level,and ensure the effective operation of this system.Therefore,to find out the main influencing factors of the basic agricultural technology extension personnel incentive mechanism,can be used as the basis for the establishment of national agricultural technology extension system.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey and site visits visits through to the Guangdong province Heyuan city part of grass-roots agricultural technology promotion personnel,professional cooperatives and farmers,obtained the relevant data of the research needs,and carry out an empirical analysis on the statistical software of SPSS support.First of all,through statistical description analysis,it shows that job satisfaction is not high,and the work incentive mechanism needs to be improved and strengthened.Through the analysis of variance,it is concluded that different individual characteristic variables,unit characteristic variables and different incentive variables can significantly affect the job satisfaction of the agricultural extension workers.The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the wages,social security,promotion system,job evaluation,recruitment of the 6 different system variables,education level have significant different effects on the agricultural technology extension work satisfaction.On the basis of statistical analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of incentive system for agricultural extension workers in basic level.The main factors of wage,gradually increase the income level of grass-roots agricultural technology promotion,strengthening social security,establish a fair promotion system,performance appraisal system and recruitment system,encourage the lower educational level of grass-roots agricultural technology promotion personnel to participate in continuing education.
