| The transportation industry is an important basic industry of the national economy.The highly developed modern transportation is an important prerequisite for the economic and social development of the country.For the various units of the Beijing transportation industry,In the context that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,traffic should be the first,that is,first of a ll to achieve the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei trafficintegration.The professional and technical personnel in each unit of transportation industry in Beijing,as the backbone of the industry,their degree of engagementhasbecome the focus of this paper.In this paper,through consulting books and network information,the authorcollected the relevant concepts in this study,lay the theoretical and conceptual basis for this study,and by using the literature research method to understand the literature on professional and technical personneland employee engagement in domestic and foreign;Through the questionnaire investigation and expert interview method,to obtain personal basic information of professional and technical personnel of Beijing transportation industry,and some personal factors and organizational factors that affect their degree of engagement;Using statistical analysis method,to analyze and verify the relationship between the above factors and employee engagement;Finally concluded that the conclusion is the degree of the professional and technical personnel’s engagementof Beijing transportation industry is in the middle level and above,the most direct and significantinfluencing factors for the degree of their engagement are age,the level of integrated mana gement of the organization,the overall degree of motivation,and the overall level of growth.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,the paper has put forward some thoughtson improving the engagement of Professional and Technical Personnel in Various Units of Beijing’s Transportation Industry.This study has made some suggestions for the research of professional and technical personnel and employee engagement,and also provided a reference for how the units of Beijing’s transportation industry to retain and motivatetheir talents.Therefore,this paper has good theoretical and practical significance. |
