The Study Of The Coordinative Development Of Hainan Province Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization

The coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization is an important part of the new industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. Urbanization and agricultural modernization are interrelated with each other and jointly promote. Only by realizing the coordinated development of the two, can promote the integration of urban and rural development,can we really solve the problem of "three agricultures" fundamentally, and guarantee the realization of the great goal of fully built a well-off society. At present,the urban-rural dual structure problem is a major problem faced by Hainan Province,which hindered the socio-economic development of Hainan Province. This study attempts to find out the shortcomings in the development and make suggestions for improvement through the in-depth study on the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hainan Province.First of all, this study combs and analyzes the relevant literature, and made a brief comment on the existing literature. Then, this paper summarizes the theories of urbanization and agricultural modernization, and introduces the concept connotation,measure method of urbanization and agricultural modernization, and the theoretical basis of coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization.Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation of urbanization in Hainan Province from the aspects of urban spatial layout, the scale of urban development, the living standard of urban residents and the urban public service ability. And this paper studies the present situation of agricultural modernization in Hainan Province from four aspects: agricultural production, agricultural management and management,agricultural science and technology input and rural residents' living standard.Thirdly, on the basis of the previous research, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hainan Province. This paper first introduces the principle of index selection. Then, the evaluation index system of urbanization and agricultural modernization is constructed. This paper uses the factor analysis method to determine the index weight, constructs the urbanization and agricultural modernization evaluation index function, calculates the comprehensive score of urbanization and agricultural modernization, and then brings the comprehensive score into the coordination degree model to calculate the urbanization and agriculture of Hainan Province from 1995 to 2015 The coordination of modern development and the integration of urbanization and agricultural modernization in cities and towns in Hainan Province in 2014. The results show that in the vertical direction, the change curve of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hainan Province is "s" ,which is consistent with the development process in the world. From 1995 to 2006,the development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hainan Province is relatively slow. The degree of coordination is low. In 2006-2008, the level of urbanization and agricultural modernization is increasing rapidly and the coordination degree is increasing. However, the coordination degree is still less than 0. After 2009,the "two coordination" degree becomes positive,but there is still a gap with the developed areas; in the horizontal direction, the disparity between urbanization and agricultural modernization in different cities and counties in Hainan Province is obvious, and the coordination degree in the eastern part and the southern part and the southern part is greater than that in the western and central regions.Finally, according to the analysis results, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hainan province. Firstly, we should break the dualistic structure, promoting the flow of factors. Secondly, we must continue to promote urbanization. Thirdly, we should speed up the modernization of agriculture. Finally,we should promote equitable allocation of public resources in urban and rural areas.
