Performance appraisal is concerned by many enterprises now, especially the performance indexes of design and the problem of specific application in the performance appraisal are always one of the difficulties. At present, many enterprises still use the traditional performance appraisal methods in our country, which makes the appraisal indicators unclear, subjective factors strong, the examination period and the evaluation results bad in the performance appraisal of many enterprises in our country. Therefore, how to quantify specific assessment and how to use the specific assessment results very well in the performance appraisal are the enterprises which must face the problems. In recent years, the emerging of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) has become a new concept of Performance appraisal methods. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is the important measure index in the enterprise strategic management. The Key performance indicators (KPI) are the quantitative management indicators in performance appraisal, which decomposed into a series of specific operational objectives of the enterprise strategic goal. The two kinds of evaluation methods are combined with the enterprises, and we carry on overall and specific assessment from strategic and tactical. We make the enterprise performance evaluation methods more rigorous, more specific. The assessment index is more quantitative. The enterprise performance management will be successful, and the enterprise will have a good practical value.The purpose of writing this paper and empirical results are that:through the analysis about the performance management problems of H company, we can construct a new performance appraisal model base on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and key performance indicators (KPI) theory, design the specific evaluation scheme and improve the performance management of H company. Base on the four dimensions of Balanced Scorecard (BSC):the financial dimension, the customer dimension, the dimension of internal business process and the learning and growth dimensions, combining the development characteristics of H company, we build up strategic theme, the key successful factors (KSF) and key performance indicator (KPI) set about each dimension of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), establish relevant responsible departments and evaluation standard for the key performance indicators (KPI), and give specific calculation formula for all acts of the anchoring assembly. We also design the corresponding weight calculation method, making the performance evaluation more specific and quantitative. The performance management of H company is more reasonable and accurate. At last, base on the model of evaluation, we can draw a conclusion and prospect. |
