At present,the development of information technology is fastly growing in China,thus,it makes great influence to all industries.And it helps Human Resources Management of The Enterprise to smooth its the development of efficiency.What's more,it has a huge impact on the management of labor relations.In this paper,by the study of the status and characteristics of Human Resources Management,I propose that the information management of human resources management has positive impact on labor relations management in such ways: electronic data files in the management of labor relations;more efficient communication management;strengthened self-drive employees,efficient enterprise management;prettified brand image,strengthened the cohesion of the staffs.At the same time,the informationization of the human resources management challenges labor relations management in such ways;in information security and secrecy;low information quality does harm to the labor relations management;it challenges employee satisfaction;some challenges on the labor dispute management.Based on the above research,I put forward my own suggestions to the enterprises,trade unions,workers and labor security departments on the background of the human resource management information systems.It includes that how to expand the positive impact of the human resources information management on labor relations management,and how to deal with the above challenges.
