In the context of economic globalization, A "Corporate Social Responsibility" movement began to have an increasing impact in Europe, the United States and other developed countries; also, in recent years it influences the production and operation activities of many enterprises in developing countries, including Chinese enterprises of course. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) means that under the marketing economic system, the responsibility of enterprises should include not only pursuing the profits for the stockholders, but also the interests for the stakeholders. The advance and implement of CSR is the organic combination of human resource management and labor relation management in enterprises under globalization. It gives certain supplement to Chinese people-oriented management idea in the aspect of the equity of rights and obligations, personality rights and stakeholder management etc. The status of human capital in the new economic era is rising gradually in economic development, the staffs become the core of human resources in enterprises, the modern enterprises has extended from the incentive mechanism of "interests as the center" to the dual management aim of "people-oriented, high-satisfaction".Corporate social responsibility movement will affect Chinese enterprise management philosophy, protection of employees'labor rights and interests, as well as the overall situation of labor relations of China. Therefore, studying on influencing factors of corporate social responsibility workers satisfaction based on labor relations provides a new perspective.The empirical study is based on contract theory and stakeholder's theory, according to previous research results and the evolution of China's social responsibility. First, we figure out influencing factors of CSR workers satisfaction. We classify the individual influencing factors of CSR workers satisfaction and figure out research assumptions, and then we establish given model of the study. In order to validate models and assumptions, the study conducte a sampling questionnaire survey to the staffs of different enterprises, as well as use SPSS statistical software to analysis the results, and then figure out the effecting rule of influencing factors of CSR workers satisfaction based on labor relations. Through empirical research, test the reasonableness of the assumptions, and explain the results. The influencing factors of CSR workers satisfaction based on labor relations that proved in the study have important practical value, which provide basic framework for constructing influencing factors model of CSR workers satisfaction.
