The outbreak of the US financial crisis in2008on the global economy had a great impact, making the international market conditions deteriorate, a significant decline in international demand, competition continues to heat up between industries, countries enter a period of high trade friction. Coupled with RMB appreciation, rising labor and land costs, foreign trade situation is very complicated and grim, while cross-border e-commerce is in this context originated and developed rapidly. A total of cross-border e-commerce has gone through three stages, to achieve an online transaction from information services, to the whole industry chain services cross-border e-commerce industry in transition, showing five new features:multilateralization,directly, small-volume, high-frequency,digital.In this paper, cross-border e-commerce industry chain is divided into four areas, namely upstream suppliers, export electronic business platform, supporting service system and downstream buyers/consumers. Then Alibaba’s "AliExpress" for example, analyze the cross-border e-commerce in our application. From2010to now on-line, AliExpress has grown into China’s largest cross-border e-commerce platform and online shopping world’s third largest English electronic business platform. This paper conducted in-depth study of its upstream suppliers and downstream buyers service system platforms, which found that factors of cross-border e-commerce development:"Made in China" low price and species diversity, the Government of cross-border all kinds of cross-border e-commerce support and electronic business platform and improve the effective rise of cross-border e-commerce to promote the development; and cross-border logistics development lags behind the deal is difficult to guarantee security, increased credit risk and other issues of cross-border e-commerce is much-needed breakthrough in the development bottleneck. In response to these factors hinder cross-border e-commerce development, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce.
