The further development of economic globalization and information technology makes E-Commerce more and more significant in international trade.E-commerce breaks down the traditional pattern of foreign trade,and Cross-Border E-Commerce derived from it.As the homogeneity of e-commerce trade mode,Cross-border e-commerce is the important approach for enterprises to develop international trade.Under the circumstances of pessimistic international trade of our country,it has become an important forth to promote China's foreign trade and adjust the structure of it.Cross-Border E-Commerce provides an effective way for foreign trade enterprises to promote brand competitiveness and realize the industrial transformation.Therefore exploring the impact of Cross-Border E-Commerce on China's import and export trade is vital and pressing.Considering that,the paper focus on the impact of Cross-Border E-Commerce on China's foreign trade,the core content are as follows: First,By analyzing the influence mechanism of Cross-Border E-Commerce on import and export trade of our country,it does qualitative researches,the transaction costs are declined through the reduce of searching cost,negotiation cost and contract cost.Under the circumstances of pessimistic world trade,the Cross-Border E-commerce lower the entrance conditions of enterprises into this market,promote the liberalization of trade market.Second,Begin from the scale,construction,geographical distribution,analyzing the impact and finding out the existing problems;Third,do quantitative research,i.e.select time series data,do unit root test,cointegration test,error correction model,then analyze the influence during the short time and long time,finally concluded that the influence is increasing.Forth,based on the qualitative and quantitative research,put forward some suggestions: perfect the Cross-Border E-Commerce's safeguard mechanism,make emphasis on the balanced development in different district,make innovation of different kinds of Cross-Border E-Commerce mode,improve the trade settlement.This thesis provides basis for the healthy development of Cross-Border E-Commerce and elaborating the impact.
