With the rapid development of market economy,the present market competition is more and more incentive,and customer satisfaction is the operating strategy of many large and medium-sized enterprises.Complete customer satisfaction measures the degree of customer recognition of products and services,and can play an early warning role in earlier marketing strategies.This higher level of management is particularly important in today's business.Ziroom,a new renting business,is combined with modern popular Internet thinking,trying to win a bigger market.Consequently,this essay explores the issue of comprehensive evaluation system of alert by using several methods,such as mathematical statistics,multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.After having set a forewarning model and analyzed several factors affecting customer satisfaction,this essay also gives some suggestions about how to improve service quality and how to enhance the satisfaction of customers.Firstly,this essay draws on the present study about customer satisfaction,company forewarning management and customer satisfaction forewarning.Having relied on the renting customer satisfaction model,this paper puts forward the concept of forewarning management for the satisfaction and establishes the comprehensive evaluation method of forewarning for the customer satisfaction,ranging from forewarning indicator weight to forewarning value of indicators to warning limit.In addition,by performing questionnaire survey,we analyze the degree how each factor functions.Finally,it is through analysis of customer warning system and provision of some solutions to the weakness of Ziroom that some feasible measures can be adopted to improve Ziroom.Through the research,the factors that affect Ziroom's customer satisfaction of company A are sorted by size,Corporate Image,Perceived Value,Service Quality Perception and Product Quality Perception.At present A company is in the majority of customers satisfied with the state,and the overall capacity to allow customers to live.The results of this study can be used for residential customer satisfaction testing in order to take effective measures to improve the satisfaction of residential customers,thus contributing to the rapid development of the business.
