Nowadays, in the field of electrical and electronic components manufacturing and service, domestic production equipment and production techniques have become increasingly mature and stable. As the entrance barriers becomes lower and lower, the competition becomes more and more fierce. Meanwhile, with the CPI rising, both salaries and production cost are increased, which results in lower interest of the cooperation. In this field, the conventional price war has already played to its limit; it’s difficult to find a larger space for improvement in this area. Therefore, to improve product sales further and expand market share, looking for strategic and tactical differences are becoming very necessary and urgent. To achieve this, the cooperation needs to improve its management theory, not focusing on the production, but on the customers. Much attention should be paid to meeting the needs of the customers and there should be an overall solution. Customer satisfaction with the solution we provide is the leading factor of changing the cooperation’s production model and guiding our integration of internal and external resources, thus to find the differences in strategy and tactics suited to the actual situation of the enterprise.Set in the actual situation of the Generic Cabling department of TE company in the southwest, this paper, using the theory of the customer satisfaction and some related analyzing tools, does some researches on the present situation of the customers’ satisfaction in such department, in the hope of mastering the customers’ satisfaction according to these researches, and finding out the shortages, thus analyzing and improving them. The ways to improve them should not only focus on the theory, but also on the constant trials and tests in the course of running the company. We hope those improving ways can help enhance the customers’satisfaction, the production sale as well as the market share, promoting the T company to develop more quickly and faster.
