The Research On EPR Production Planning Process Of LM Enterprise For Further Optimization

As an important part of production management, production planning is the key point in the running and development processes of a manufacturing enterprise. It is also the basis of making overall integration and production organization for new tasks in enterprises. With the regular increase of market competition, the manufacturing enterprises in the same field have less and less competitive advantages in the competitive environment of indiscriminate technology. Then, how to improve and optimize production planning process becomes a pressing issue needed to be investigated in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Taking LM enterprise as a study object, we try to figure out the problems in the existing production planning process, in order to realize establishment and optimization in the aspects of informationization,institutionalization and standardization. In order to optimize the exiting planning process, we should identify the problems in original production planning process, material distribution management process and production implementation process. With this precondition, we introduce new material distribution idea and establish a new process on the basis of theories of BPR and MRPII. Then we put the new process into practice by means of ERP production planning module basing on informationization construction of the enterprise.The improvements on production planning management process, material distribution management process and production implementation process of LM enterprise have already been carried out in practice,and in the thesis mention has been carried out and has obtained a good achievement in the practical application. The improved new process can also be optimized in the informzationization development, which can ensure a long-term and steady development of enterprises.The author hopes that a production planning process suitable to manufacturing enterprise could be found, refereeing to the research on the existing planning process of LM enterprise. Then it could make a more helpful and valuable reference to other enterprises in similar fields.
