With the development of knowledge economy and the change of information technology,the global economy enters the era of integration.Multinational corporations are facing a new pattern and market environment,the development of the company put forward new challenges and challenges: how to achieve the use of information technology means to enhance the quality of management has become the focus of enterprise research and development.In twentieth Century,the theory of shared service center was put forward and applied to large group companies in the year of 80 s.Through the establishment of shared service center,enterprises effectively focus on legal,information,human resources and other public service resources,reducing the same functional overlap.Through the establishment of economies of scale and standard processes,the purpose of reducing enterprise operating cost is achieved.This paper introduces the traditional theory,business model and theoretical model of shared service center under the background of global economy.We can see that shared service center can give full play to the functions of information sharing and transmission reuse in enterprises.Through in-depth analysis of a group of Companies in the operation and maintenance work in the development of personnel and equipment increasing,system development line,IT management continues to expand the scale of institutional setting a huge decline in the quality of service standards,service,unclear responsibilities,service efficiency is low.The innovation of this paper is to IT management and sharing service center together organically,the shared service center as a platform to create a line with the development needs of the company's shared service center,integration of resources and information and reuse,through the organization process improvement,to improve the operation efficiency and service IT the quality and the purpose of reducing operating costs,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
