In the rapid knowledge economic development, knowledge staff, as the core competitive advantages of enterprises have been the indispensable resource for innovation and development, so enterprise of talent getting has become more and more fiercely. With more and more "after 80's" gradually step into business, they have become the solid foundation and reserve force of knowledge staffs. This generation and after 80 people born to 1980 in character and values, there exist obvious differences, they despise authority and leader, lack of collective concept, pursuit ego, full of passion, innovative, when old management method and after 80 outlooks on life and values creates conflict, they will vote with their feet. Job satisfaction low embodied in work is low, the frequent job-hopping organizational loyalty, didn't work dedication etc.This study after 80 knowledge staff as the research object, the selection of the financial industry after 80 employees, the empirical analysis affecting knowledge staff job satisfaction after 80 factors, and demographic variables related factors in influencing satisfaction and overall satisfaction differences are studied.In order to improve the knowledgeable staff after 80 job satisfaction, the author put forward the following Suggestions: making enterprise total system, authorized let authority to encourage employees to participate in the enterprise decision-making and strategy; Establishing the system salary welfare management mode, implement personalized c&b system constituting enterprise total system, authorized let authority to encourage employees to participate in the enterprise decision-making and strategy; Strengthening the education training for employees, provide proper development space employees; New channel, clear open promotion index evaluation system; Create harmonious interpersonal relationship environment, builds the good work atmosphere.
