Job Satisfaction and Employees' Creativity are the important concepts in the study domain of human resource management and organization behavior. The theorists and the business pay more and more attentions to them. How to enhance the employees' job satisfaction, give them an incentive to use their knowledge,skills,potential, developt their creativities, so that they could work hard and contribute to the Enterprises' value-added are very important to both the development of the theory and the efficient management of enterprise.This thesis takes the knowledge workers as the specific object, to understand the status of knowledge workers'job satisfaction and creativity in China by interviewing,surveying and others ways, to analysis the data by using the SPSS statistical software, to discuss the relationship between knowledge workers' job satisfaction and creativity by empirical research.The findings indicated that, at present, the knowledge workers'job satisfaction and creativity are both just about the middle level, and they need further enhancement. At the same time, the research demonstrated that there are remarkable positive correlations between work external,work itself,work relationship and create motivation, furthmore, work external could be used as forecast indicator. There are remarkable positive correlations between work external,work itself and organization atmosphere, and there is remarkable negative correlation between work mentality and organization atmosphere, furthmore, work mentality could be used as forecast indicator. There are remarkable positive correlations between work external,work relationship,work mentality and personal cognition, and there is emarkable negative correlation between work burnout and personal cognition, furthmore, work burnout,work mentality could be used as forecase indicators.Also, the findings indicated that employees' variables could affect the relationship between job satisfaction and creativity.This thesis brings up some suggestions on the basis of conclusions. Firstly, there should be build a new management concept,analysis the reasonable demand for creativity,improve the job satisfaction. Secondly, there should be set up an effective incentive mechanism to improve the targeted and effect.Finally, there should be construct a positive and create-oriented corporate culture.The writer brings up some hypotheses about the relationship between knowledge workers' job satisfaction and creativity on the basis of massive literature material, tests and verifies the hypotheses. The most important innovation of this thesis is that there is still has few much familiar studies. Because the time and the ability are limited, this thesis has some deficiencies, for example, the questionnaire should be improved, the sample size should be expanded, and the variables that affect the relationship between job satisfaction and creativity and degree of the effect should be further tested and verified.
