In recent years,China's automotive industry has developed rapidly.In just a few years a variety of automotive Tier-1 suppliers have appeared as bamboo shoots after a spring rain.The competi:tion between suppliers will become more violent,the increasing globalization of China automotive industry and its supply chain also enhances the competition.From supplier's especially local Tier-1's side,if they want to survive and develop in such a harsh environment,they will face many challenges.As a modern enterprise in the supply chain and its important part of the supplier management is the key to supply chain management.From the point of view of supplier management,the development of the local Tier-1s must establish a set of suitable supplier management system.As the complicated diversification of products and production process,there are more and more kinds of materials,which results into bigger and bigger supplier base.How to manage such diverse suppliers?It is an important problem which enterprises have to face.Only a reasonable solution to solve the problem can make the enterprise continuing growth and further development.Based on the actual situation of the supplier management of GF Company,firstly research the current situation of supplier classification management in GF Company.Analysis and summarize the existing issues in the practice of suppliers management.According to it,work through a SWOT model to analysis and divides all kinds of material,and then slim current supplier list a lot and setup approved supplier list through a Strategic classification model,and based on this,select PCBA which is key materials of GF Company to setup a targeting evaluation model through AHP method,after cross functional team evaluation and calculation,Shanghai HG is chosen as the final strategic partner.Although GF Company is a small Tier-1,but can be said to be China's numerous small and medium-size private enterprises,hence I believe my work has certain representativeness and positive practical significance.
