ABSTRACT:In recent years, the development speed of subway is becoming faster and faster. Many cities are constructing or going to construct underground railway traffic. In the future, the management of subway operation will obtain more and more concerns. Except the technique support, the operation security also needs material support in some degree. To ensure the promptness and efficiency of material supply, the company must pay more attention to the supplier relationship management.This thesis starts with the current situation of Beijing metro operation company. It investigates the status of material supply management and the problem with supplier classification management. Then the thesis applies fuzzy ART algorithm to classify Beijing metro company's suppliers. It turns out that there are three kinds of suppliers, which are critical suppliers, important suppliers and ordinary suppliers.In the end, the thesis provides different management strategy for each kind of supplier of Beijing metro company. For the critical suppliers, the head office will be the management. The company had better build strategic partner shipment with them. For the important suppliers, the head office and the branch company are both the management. The ordinary shipment should be built with them. For the ordinary suppliers, the branch company will be the management. And the ordinary business shipment should be built with them. |
