The Study On The Strategic Development Of Military Trading Of Company A

Though faced with the global financial crisis from 2008,China has been maintaining fast yet steady economic growth.Being the main body of the development of economy in our country,state-owned enterprises play a crucial role.Company A was authorized by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Committee,the general headquarters of Company A was set up in Beijing.Under China's planned economy system,the main task of this company is to supply logistic service for the Chinese army and armed police.But since 1990,Company A as well as its subsidiaries has been taking the initiative in finding customer resources in other industries,expanding international military market actively,whose industrial structure has transformed from single scheduled purchasing into army-civilian combination form.In recent years it is very much widely acknowledged that,the industrial structure of processing trade is de facto facing a-new-round adjustment;due to the appreciation of the RMB Yuan and other external factors,and as well as the escalating increase of domestic labour price within a significant reduction of its volume.The A Company,which is as a famous state-owned labor-intensive enterprise,is facing challenges in its magnitude from several perspectives,including labor shortages,obsolete equipments,inflexible corporate structure,and as well as potential redundancy costs.This paper selects A company as the object of study,on the theoretical basis of corporate strategies;the author compares them with relevant industries,and the domestic and foreign advanced enterprise development model.What's more,the SWOT analysis and Boston matrix are also used as for a batter analysis.The aim of this paper is that to figure out how to improve the competitiveness of this enterprise,to optimise its corporate structure,to enhance the company's ROA and ROE,and to take correct measures of responding to the call of encountered challenges;and the most important of all,to highlight reasonable suggestions for a better future of A company's domestic and foreign development.
