The Study On The Path Of Transformation And Upgrading Of Agricultural Reclamation Under The Perspective Of Urban History

After the Industrial Revolution, because of the great technology science and scientific progress, urbanization became one of the most significant Phenomena in the process of western economic and social development. As the city is the hub of economic activities and the huge leverage of socialization of production, it also has the function of scale economy and agglomeration effect, therefore, urbanization process of the evolution of power and logic,and the rural society has a great difference between before.At the beginning of the Reform and Opening Up, the urban population proportion of total expression of China's urbanization rate is only 19. 4% (in 1980),after more than 30 years of development, it has acrossed the 50% mark for the first time in 2011. This is a landmark event, which is set up as a symbol from rural society to urban society transformation in China. In the evolution of urbanization predictably, We are bound to holding huge cash in the land circulation (from agricultural to urban construction land). Therefore, discussing the issue of land reclamation enterprises of strategic transformation and upgrading and ways is particularly urgent and practical significance in the countryside to the city under the background of the framework of social transformation.With urban area to the west, as the largest local landlord, Zhanjiang agricultural reclamation urban land is increasingly under pressure to change city. This article proposed some research results, combined with the history of American cities to the current opportunities and challenges brought by the new historical period, banded together Zhanjiang agricultural reclamation their business platform and special geographical advantage, the integrated use of GPEST tools and the SWOT strategic analysis tools for a detailed analysis, and derived a better strategic decision to provide a reference for relevant parties.As the city is developing towards the west, Zhanjiang agricultural reclamation, the biggest local land host, are also facing the pressure of city reform. Basing on the framework of system theory and dualism, combining with some research results of USA city history, this article attempts to answer to some important problems such as how to increase the workers' income, the logic and differences between industrial and agricultural growth and the results caused by the long-term efficiency differences; Meanwhile, the farm tries to reform positively, trying to explore Zhanjiang Farm' s new development direction during the period of strategic transformation under the condition of new economic growth, combining ourselves' operational platform tightly with the special geographical advantage of Zhanjiang City, using the Division of Labor Economics, Theoretical analysis of the elasticity of demand,together with the middle economics and the SWOT to make the analysis in detail, thus leading to a comprehensive strategy system which covering the new energy of agriculture and smart equipment of manufacturing industry, new materials industry, new energy operation economy model and city service industry.
