With the development of mobile communications,5G has become the focus of global research due to the high bandwidth,low latency and large number of connections required by business applications.5G's promotion of industrial innovation and economic growth has promoted 5G to the height of national strategy by many countries.The 5G era will bring earth-shaking changes to the mobile communications industry,the network architecture,investment distribution,business model,and cooperation methods of the entire industry will change greatly.As a manufacturing enterprise in the communication industry,whether Zhixin can seize the opportunity to achieve development not only depends on its technology and talent accumulation,but also on whether its strategy can be adjusted in time to adapt to the changes brought about by 5G.This article takes Zhixin Company as the research object,and Aimed at in-depth analysis of Zhixin's external environment and internal resources,combined with the problems existing in the enterprise,find the source of the problem and adjust the development strategy to meet the 5G challenge.First of all,in the preparation stage of strategy formulation,Analyze the development trend and changes of the communications industry in recent years through literature analysis,conduct field research on the development history and current status of Zhixin Company,Comparing the development of competitors,it is found that under the current situation,Zhixin Company has problems such as unclear development strategic goals,lack of product competitiveness,rigid management thinking,and insufficient strategic guarantees,and analyzes the root causes of the problems.Secondly,in the analysis phase of strategy formulation,using strategic management analysis tools,based on the PEST theory to analyze the changes brought by 5G technology to the macro environment of the communications industry from the four aspects of politics,economics,society,and technology,based on Porter's five-force model theory,it analyzes the competition situation and degree of competition in the communications industry,Determine the competitive position of Zhixin in the industry,so as to find out the advantages,disadvantages and opportunities and threats of Zhixin.Use SWOT analysis to get the corresponding strategy portfolio to guide how the resources and actions of the company should be focused.Finally,during the strategy formulation and implementation phase,according to the company's corporate vision and mission,the SO strategy adapted to the 5G development stage of Zhixin and the branding strategy,focus and differentiation strategy based on this strategy were selected.And formulated a series of strategic implementation measures such as adjusting the business core,innovation-driven development,and improving the platform system.And a series of safeguard measures,such as technological innovation,management innovation,talent guarantee,and platform informationization,integrate internal and external resources,consolidate their core competitiveness,ensure the successful completion of strategic goals,and achieve sustainable development of the enterprise.As a member of the field of wireless communications,Zhixin Co.faces the challenges and opportunities in the new 5G situation,which are also currently faced by other companies.There are many researches on enterprise development strategy and 5G technology research,but there are not many researches on the combination of strategy and 5G challenge.The research and development of Zhixin Co.,Ltd.'s development strategy can also provide some reference for other companies in the same field at the current stage.
