After more than thirty years of reforming and opening up,China's economy has achieved a rapid growth in the whole world's attention.And the globalization of markets today brings the international market competitions' opportunities and challenges for Chinese enterprises.Enterprises competition is actually the competition of the talents.The performance management system is the core of modern enterprises'human resources management system.It has become an urgent problems that how to design and keep optimizing the management system which can adapt to improve the enterprise,and then effectively build the core competitiveness of the enterprises.In recent years,many domestic enterprises are constantly drawing in and implementing the performance management system one after another.But from the effect by implementing the system there is a series of problems such as lacking of understanding of performance management,or the performance management system and the enterprise development strategy does not match,or pay much more attention in assessments than in improvements.The problems lead to the result that performance management is difficult to play an important role in the enterprise management.Facing of the increasingly fierce competition of the mobile phone market,Lenovo Mobile Communication Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Lenovo Mobile)build up the outstanding images outside,and strengthen the quality inside,for the long-term development considerations,to strengthen management,carding workflow and system standardization construction.Stimulate the staff's enthusiasm and improve corporate business performance by means of actively explore and practice.However,in the circumstances of economical globalization,Lenovo Mobile's current performance management also revealed some deficiencies,by which affect the performance's continuous improvement.Especially for the battle of Smartphone market in recent years and the influence cause by the integration process of Lenovo acquainting Motorola's mobile phone business,the sales decline a lot this few years,which make the comprehensive assessment and the optimization of the performance system become much more significant now.This thesis aims to use the knowledge of performance management theory to analyze the present situation and problems of Lenovo Mobile's performance management,and gradually explore the optimization ideas which are strategy oriented?use Balanced Score Card as the strategic transformation tools and combine KPI and CPI as evaluation method.The Lenovo Mobile internal management is relatively completive and it is highly informational and strong executive,and has the excellent innovation encouraging enterprise culture.So the emphasizes of the performance management optimization research are the design for the transformation of strategy into practicable and measurable index and the application in the counseling process's feedback and performance result.
