Along with the acceleration of the global economic and the fierce competition among enterprises, performance management plays a more and more important role in the process of in enterprise management. But in practice, it also have many problems, for example, performance indicators index disagreeing with the enterprise strategic target disjointed, lacking of effective communication and feedback mechanism and so on. How to establish an effective performance management system, encouraging enterprises to realize the strategic goal has been become the focus of concern.This paper takes JH company as the research object, takes rigorous scientific attitude, combined with the enterprise's own characteristic, will analyze the performance management problems and its impact factors, combined with modern performance evaluation theory, the use of Balanced Scorecard, Key Performance Indicators and other methods, to design a reasonable and feasible performance appraisal program, develop a complete communication mechanisms, and further improve the company's performance management system. In view of the enterprise managers, middle managers and general staff to formulate effective performance management solutions and concrete measure, and puts forward the appropriate evaluation scheme and suggestion, in practice gradually improve, in order to promote the strategic objectives of the company landing implement.
