With the unstable global economy increasing,foreign company face the heavy pressure which is caused by disappear of demographic bonus in China.Many foreign companies of labor intensive industry start escaping from China and move to South Asia which have much lower cost labor resources.With facing the critical challenges,it request company make good use of geographic resources and exert company own strength.Only by this,Company can win in this situation.Company need increase performance management level through choosing scientific and suitable performance management system.To enforce company core competition ability is the way to company development.HF Horticulture Company is a labor intensive middle size foreign company which is located in western region.The previous performance management system cannot meet the requirement of company increase performance management.It is also not suitable for company development.Based on the study of performance management theory,this thesis analyze HF horticulture company present performance system existing problems.Through optimization,the thesis design a new performance management system.Optimization can help company upgrade the higher level of modern management.It can help company achieve company strategic target.It is a kind of needs for company increase inner management level.This thesis choose HF horticulture company as the research object and makes an optimal design of it performance management in the process of identifying problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.The content of this thesis consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction.It is a description of research background,research purpose,methods and ideas.The second part is about the performance management theory and it make a conclusion on basic theories and research achievement of performance management misunderstanding and solution.It is the theory foundation for optimization through the massive study of aboard and domestic performance management theory research.The third part is on the basis of the above theoretical study,the thesis discusses the present status of HF horticulture company performance management.In the research of present situation,It analysis the HF horticulture company present human resources basic information,collecting the present documents,file,get the present performance management analysis from the all staff perspective through interview the staff representatives.From those methods,it try to find the hidden reason to cause the problem existed.On the basis of identifying optimization purpose and method of performance management.The fourth part,it design the new performance management system.In the performance planning period,it get the company development strategy using the method of SWOT.Then it get the company level KPI through the theory of KPI.By using the work distribution chart,fishbone chart to get the department level KPI.Combining with department function and job analysis to build up the department and personal performance appraisal indicators system.It establish a new qualitative and quantitative performance appraisal indicators system with three aspects which are working performance(KPI and PI),working ability,working attitude.In order to optimization HF horticulture company the whole performance management system,it also optimization the performance management process and flow chart from every aspects.It include performance auditing,performance appraisal,performance feedback.The fifth part,for the new performance appraisal management system can be down to earth,it put forward the guarantee solutions.The sixth part of thesis,it summarizes the conclusion.Through the research of HF horticulture company performance management optimization,it can help company to solve the problem during the performance management.It build up a complete and good performance management circle.It increase company management level and strength company core competitive abilities.From this thesis,it hope to provide beneficial thinking and suggestion for the enterprise to explore the performance management system with horticulture industry characteristics.
