In the process of rapid development of the national economy,manufacturing industry as a pillar industry of the national economy has made great contributions to promoting Chinese economic development.In recent years,Chinese manufacturing industry production and sales data has broken a high record.Many large foreign manufacturing companies have already noticed this opportunity and have entered the Chinese market to seize market share.Chinese manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented challenges.If Chinese manufacturing companies want to win this hard market share,continuous technological innovation is indispensable.At the same time,market demand should be fully explored to strengthen the management level of enterprises.Q manufacturing companies are facing huge competition and challenges.The key to solving problems lies in improving the output value of enterprises and improving the economic benefits of enterprises.The economic efficiency of an enterprise is determined by the technological innovation and management level of the enterprise.In the final analysis,whether the enterprise has excellent talents.In order to retain talents and attract more talents,enterprises must do a good job in performance management in business management.This paper takes Q company as the research object,analyzes the implementation of Q company performance management,finds out its problems and analyzes its causes,and finally gives the optimization plan.First of all,this paper studies the theoretical knowledge of the performance management system through the literature research method,introduces the performance management system,key performance indicators and other theories,which lays a theoretical foundation for this paper.Then,it introduces the basic situation,organizational structure and human resource profile of Q company and the implementation of performance management system.This paper uses questionnaire survey and interview analysis to analyze the problems existing in Q company's performance management and the main reasons for these problems.Through analysis,it is found that Q performance management has a disconnection between performance management system and strategy,performance evaluation indicators are not scientific,performance management links are missing,and performance results are not fully utilized.In response to the existing problems,the author uses the tools such as balanced scorecards and key performance indicators to decompose the strategic objectives of the enterprise and finally determine the individual key performance indicators.From the five aspects of performance management,we optimize the performance management system of Q company and improve the overall performance level of the company.
