Talent is the precious treasures of enterprise development.Whether the talent management is reasonable,determines the stable of travel service industry of solid cornerstone,and the company's economic growth which belong to tourism services industry,that is one of the core competitiveness for enterprise development.Sanya Daxiao Dongtian development co.,LTD.,as the research object of this article,although has made great progress after continuous development in the short term,but due to various limitations,there still have the problem of high rate employee turnover,no-clear career planning,etc..Therefore,in this paper,with the help of the author's relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management t,optimizing the work systematically which aim at the defects of Sanya DaxiaoDongtian development co.,LTD.,performance management.The research methods of this paper combination of the theory and empirical,with theoretical guidance,and empirical testing and perfect the theory.Firstly,the relevant theories of human resource management were summarized.Secondly,this paper mainly analyzed the overall situation of Sanya DaxiaoDongtian development co.,LTD.,performance management.From the macro management level,it analyzed the organization structure,organization functions of process management and organization,etc.,From the micro management level,it analyzed the performance management organization model,system design and measures,etc.,That can help mining the problems and shortcomings more specifically.Thirdly,in view of the performance management problem in Sanya DaxiaoDongtian development co.,LTD.,we built the comprehensive standardization performance management mode which based on the principle of performance management mode,including the FROG system,the nine five-dimensional evaluation system,realizing the performance organization management process reengineering.Finally,based on the theory research results,considering there presentative,operability and realiza bility of the actual situation of Sanya DaxiaoDongtian development co.,LTD.,we formulate the corresponding guarantee system,strengthen the relevant guarantee measures which aiming at different processes and contents in performance management improvement work that can ensure the improvement effect.
