Taxi industry performance evaluation is of great significance for the healthy development of the taxi market.With the development of large data technology and the application of Internet technology,the integration of largescale data sources,using data mining technology to analyze the status of the taxi operators,control the dynamic state of the taxi,has important reference significance on the taxi industry policy formulation.Therefore,this paper studies the taxi operation perfor mance evaluation and development countermeasures in large data environment.In this paper,we first take taxi drivers,taxi companies,taxi industry management departments as the three main body of the assessment,respectively,from the security,economic,operational efficiency,as well as the quality of service and other dimensions to establish a comprehensive,three-dimensional taxi industry performance evaluation framework.Then,the performance evaluation index system of taxi drivers is constructed from the aspects of economy,security,service quality and so on.The AHP analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are selected to evaluate the performance of the drivers.Secondly from dimensions of taxi business operation management,operation safety,operation efficiency,operation economy and service quality build a taxi enterprise performance evaluati on index system.Using AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight value of each index and fuzzy TOPSIS evaluation method to evaluate the performance of the taxi industry.At last,the IDEFO system development theory is used to construct the system framework of taxi operation performance evaluation and decision support system which including human com puter interaction subsystem,operation database subsystem,evaluation model subsystem,industry problem analysis subsystem.Then we put forward the strategy of followup operation maintenance management.
