In society today, along with the increasing energy in short supply and the seriously environmental deterioration, people pay more attention to the sustainable development of economy, and the topic of energy saving and emission reduction became the social hot issues. According to related statistics, the global lighting electricity has relatively large proportion in the total power consumption, thus the promotion of green lighting technology R&D project directly affects the realization of the goal of energy saving and emission reduction. However for a technology research and development projects, its future success depends largely on the accuracy of assessment of the project and the scientific project investment management. At present, for green lighting technology research and development projects of comprehensive efficiency evaluation, there is no uniform standard in our country. The existing project evaluation method and evaluation index system cannot well reflect the project characteristic and accuratly calculate the value of the project. It is not favorable to promote the implementation of the project.In this paper, considering the green lighting technology the particularity of R&D project, the author combined with the real option method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, to reasonably evaluate the project of the comprehensive benefit.First of all, the paper analyzes the characteristics and option attribute of technical R&D project investment. On this basis, combining with the existing real option pricing theory, a green lighting technology R&D project real option valuation model has been established.Secondly, in order to completely and comprehensively evaluate the green lighting technology R&D project, the author established a comprehensive evaluation system that conforms to the characteristics of project. In the process of the establishment of the system, the primary work is to use Delphi method to ascertain the index. According to the principle of index selection, the author constituted the green lighting technology R&D project comprehensive benefit evaluation index system that consists of12evaluation index from the economic efficiency, energy saving benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits. Then the second work is to use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of index. The next is to design the rating scale of12evaluation index. In the rating scale, the author set five levels of the score of12evaluation index which are excellent, good, medium, low, and sent, and used expert questionnaire to determine the score for five levels of each index. Finally, the author designed the green lighting technology R&D project of the comprehensive benefit of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and gave the integrated benefits appraisal value calculation method, and determined the project of comprehensive evaluation method.At last, in order to confirm the scientific and feasibility of the system this article designed, the author applied the system to an under-construction project " OLED Illumination Panel Key Technology Research and Development and Industrialization Project", then drew a conclusion that the total score of comprehensive benefit of the Project reached the level of "good". And the environmental benefit of the project is the most obvious, and followed by social benefit and energy saving benefit. IN comparison, the economic benefit is poor.In this paper, the achievements and innovation points are as follows:1. According to the characteristic of the green lighting technology R&D project, the author established the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system2. The author combined of the real option, the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method and evaluation method, to make the evaluation of the R&D project more accurate and more comprehensive.
