As the pace of economic globalization is gradually accelerating,the competition among enterprises mainly focuses on information competition and talent competition.As a service-oriented human-resource-intensive industry,the degree of competition can be imagined.In order to achieve great development in a severe environment,it is necessary to strengthen the development and management of human resources.The reasonable and effective performance evaluation system is the foundation of human resources management.Therefore,the hotel can help it achieve its strategic goals and improve the hotel's core competitiveness.Based on the key problem of performance assessment,this paper chooses star hotel as the research object,and uses fuzzy theory to evaluate the performance of star hotel managers in order to reduce the fuzziness in performance evaluation.First,it analyzes the current status of performance evaluation of star hotels,and finds out the existing problems,such as lack of understanding of performance evaluation,unscientific assessment indicators,and then using the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluation.Finally,the author draws a conclusion and summarizes it.
