The global economic downturn in recent years,domestic economy at the decline stage,the small and medium enterprises on the one hand,in the domestic economy slows overall trend stage,on the one hand and face increasing competition among enterprises.Under the new era,the main body of enterprise competition is the talent competition,the core of enterprise competition is talent,the core management for the enterprise internal performance management,and performance management is the core of the employee performance indicators system.Enterprise no on the performance of the index system,only the appropriate performance index system,enterprises all of the implementation of the strategy and internal management is needed to implement and effective "landing",how to strengthen the enterprise internal management,many enterprise managers looking to establish an effective system of performance indicators,in order to improve the enterprise strategy ability to "be born".In this paper,the research is not negate or abandon the traditional design of performance indicators system and model,but on the basis of the deficiency in the design of index system based on corporate performance was improved,through the project scheme of business philosophy to join in the design of the traditional performance indicators,in order to supplement the theory of performance indicators system,enterprise performance practice "landing" has a good practical reference.Based on the sheep of the M company's project scheme optimization performance indicators,for example,in the index system of enterprise performance based on the analysis of the design and implementation process in general,combined with the project scheme sheep M company performance index system design and implementation of the practice,further study of its performance indicators design connotation,from traditional type to evaluate into self driven performance management,in order to from three aspects:system,processes,and personnel,summarizes the sheep in the performance index system design and implementation process,to improve the level of corporate performance indicators design and implementation of enterprise strategy execution ability,for the domestic most of the project operation mode of enterprise company provides a sample case very well.
