Resrarch On Company A's ERP System About Optimizing Centralized Financial Management

At present,China,as the world's second largest economy,is playing an important role in the world.In the year 2015,the state proposed the concept of "made in China 2015",whicn also marks China's "industrial 4.0"era officially opened.The concept is similar to the United States' idea of industrial internet.Both of the ideas agree that intelligent manufacturing may play a role in future.The idea of "Internet plus"has been a hot spot in 2015 China economic field,and the "Internet plus manufacturing"is the "industrial 4.0".It will promote China manufacturing to creating transformation,which is the era of revolution of China manufacturing.Under the new situation,numbers of enterprise groups actively seek the breakthrough point of their development.More and more enterprise groups improve the level of financial management by information technology,establish a scientific,reasonable,effective financial management for Enterprise group,fuse the advanced management ideas and information technology on practice during this new historical period.This paper chose Enterprise group A who had put ERP in practice based on the integrated financial management theory as the study and take the method of linking theory with practice to make a research on integrated financial management based on ERP system.The main contents of this full text including:First of all,according to the review of management theory of ERP and financial management theory of Enterprise group,comes up the conclusion that financial management based on ERP system is really advanced,and makes a significant impact orn financial management of Enterprise group.Secondly,chose Enterprise group A who takes ERP system for the case,and analysis its feasibility necessity and urgency based on the introduce of financial management.Lastly,base on both the theories and practices analyze the problems during the implementation on ERP system of centralized financial management,and put forward a series of measures which is conducive to integrated financial management under ERP system.The main research methods in this paper include literature study,case analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis.The main purpose of this paper is that through the research on the company A's existing financial information,put forward optimization scheme for problems during the system operation,so that financial system can make closely connection with other business system,sharing Real-time data and even better satisfies the demand of integrated financial management.
