Only through that way, can it keep the vitality and competitiveness of the enterprise and be based on the position.Based on a wide reading of the documents and papers about the integration operation of enterprise at home and abroad and through field visit and research on Shenhua Group, focus discussion, etc, the author has seriously studied and carefully combed the crucial problems of the integration pattern of Shenhua allocation and transportation, including outdated allocation and organization methods, low information level, unclear operation linkage duty and incomplete management and control system, etc. Focusing on above problems, it is necessary to optimize that from two layers of technology and management. At the same time, through combining the equipment conditions of all aspects of allocation and transportation and business needs, etc restricting aspects, it should build the integer linear programming model of profit maximization of the Group and apply Excel solver to have a example solving on the model. Secondly, from management, this article combines the related theories of SCM and supply chain integration to optimize the integrated allocation and transportation management and control model.By virtue of research and optimization and applying math modeling to compile the allocation and transportation plan, it has reduced by75%time compared with previous manual work and improved1%-3%in profit. After an optimization design of business flow and management and control ways, the allocation and transportation business has become smoother; every unit has clearer duties in the process of allocation and transportation organization; integration management and control becomes more complete and more effective and both of the effectiveness of Shenhua integration allocation and transportation, and the operation effectiveness have got improvement. |
