Exploration And Practice, Of The Inner Mongolia Power Grid Corporation Of Integrated Financial Management Model

Focusing on defects existed in the financial management system of Inner Mongolia Power Company, the paper suggests that Inner Mongolia Power Company should construct and create new financial system and models to correspond the net environment under the new situation of the separation of power generation and transmission. The paper describes the concepts and ideas of the construction of new financial system in detail with employment of researching method such as example analysis and theory learning under the basic principle of "building up frame, passing through progress, gradually regulating and summarizing and improving" to propose a set of implementation ideas of the integrated financial management system of IMPC. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the background and significance of the topic selection which is significant for the problem of how to construct the integrated financial management system in the provincial power grid company after the separation of power generation and transmission; the second part is the contents, development and some problems needed to be paid attention and solved during the realization of the integrated financial management; the third part provides the feasible program of the integrated financial management of IMPC which is tally with the actual situation of IMPC by learning, analysis and evaluation of the financial management system of Shanghai Power Company and Jiangsu Power Company; the fourth part lists the five general principals and targets of the construction of the integrated financial management system and proposes seven methods to fulfill the targets. The fifth part proposes the implementing program of the integrated financial management system of IMPC based on the analysis of the current situation of the financial management information system of IMPC. Based on the full use of the current managing methods to integrate in respect, develop in inheritance, regulate in implementation and improve steadily. Therefore the paper has important significance of how to construct the integrated financial management system with the all round budget management as the core in the provincial power grid company after the separation of power generation and transmission.
