Since reform and opening,with the continual construction and development of cities,the construction industry has maintained rapid growth,the proportion of construction industry in the national economy is increasing,and making it as a pillar industry in the national economy growing.However,the construction industry is the traditional labor-intensive industries,in 2016 the state statistical bureau website showed that in 2015 construction industry absorbed in 58.546 million migrant workers,the migrant worker is engaged in the construction industry the proportion already from 2014 22.3%decreases to 21.1%.However,the overall employees have low quality,especially the workers that are in the front-line in heavy manual;and few workers are licensed,they have no system of vocational training,there is a lot of unregulated construction and safety hazards,these make the quality of building in poor quality,and even the incidents of construction safety and quality problem occur frequently.How to improve the quality of employees has become imperative,urgent the appropriate methods and measures,and strengthening the training of migrant workers on the construction industry becomes the first choice.How to do the construction industry migrant workers job skills training,to improve their practical skills,this text is based on the vocational training and the development of the reality of construction,and based on a survey of migrant workers between Nanjing and Suzhou questionnaire collected data,investigation and analysis on the current situation of vocational training for the construction industry migrant workers,find out the problems and restricting factors of vocational training of the construction industry migrant workers.To solve the problem of the vocational education for the construction industry migrant workers,this text designs a vocational education system that contains training organizer,training institution,training mode,training courses,training financing and training propagandism.Then the text gives some feasible measures to the vocational education for the construction industry migrant workers,such as laying down policy for the education;ensuring training funding;strengthening supervision and inspection,etc,guarantee the construction industry migrant workers vocational skills training carried out smoothly.
