A Study On Vocational Training Issues Of Migrant Workers Based On Jintang County Of Sichuan Province

Currently, migrant workers need to receive vocational training divided into two categories:one agricultural skills training, primarily disseminating agricultural technology and knowledge to migrant workers, migrant workers committed to training for the new farmers, such as economic crop cultivation, livestock breeding etc.; one is the vocational skills training, mainly for the second and tertiary industries training, committed to migrant workers trained technician. Such as manufacturing and technical training, construction and technical training, services and technical training (domestic service, restaurant, hotel, security, beauty, appliance repair) and so on. The main types of training are involved in job training, non-job-related training, entrepreneurship training; primary way of training is classroom and field training.Mainly migrant workers in China is still in the preliminary stages of development, policy development, legislative support, supporting the implementation of environmental policies, financial support and other aspects not perfect, this series of problems caused by the local government’s emphasis on the training of migrant workers enough. Training of migrant workers as a public service provided by the Government on the implementation of the policy and local government departments are involved in the training of migrant workers lack of incentives, it is difficult to mobilize their enthusiasm. Therefore, the training of migrant workers is required to co-ordinate the planning of management science. First, a clear mandate to organize training sector, through the performance of wages to stimulate enthusiasm for government workers; second is to greatly enhance the effectiveness of training through multiple channels to increase publicity, etc. so that migrant workers understand the importance of training, mobilizing them to attend training enthusiasm; Third, by building employment, training and guidance, labor information for migrant workers three platforms provide easier and more systematic employment training services. In this thesis, field research Jintang County to get first-hand information, based on a more comprehensive understanding of the basic situation of migrant workers in Jintang County Farmers vocational skills training aims to propose suitable characteristics Jintang County Farmers workers vocational training measures and suggestions for the improvement of Jintang County Farmers trained scientific workers, practical, efficient reference.
