With the "Made in China" plan unveiled,China's manufacturing enterprises development has ushered in the spring.But there is a significant gap of product quality between enterprises in our country and abroad.It is the specific performance of quality management level.Therefore,how to improve product quality management is particularly urgent.Based on the actual situation of B factory,the data collection of product quality,management tools of plant visualization and data statistic in MES system are analyzed in this paper.Three types of data charts were compiled by HTML5 Web development technology.After analyzing the MES system function module,the MES system interface development work was completed.Finally,eye movement experiment was used to test the unimproved statistical chart and the improved data chart is completed by.First of all,the existing production data acquisition mode of B factory is analyzed.And then the means of visual management and the human-computer interaction module existing in visual management are studied.It's important to apply visualization to the workshop production and management,especially in quality management.Secondly,two kinds of statistical analysis methods of quality data are introduced in detail,which are commonly used in the production workshop.One is the permutation chart and the causal diagram method which are commonly used in the static analysis of the quality data to find out the key processes influencing the product quality and its influencing factors.Then,SPC control chart is used to analyze quality of EGR valve production process dynamically.SPC is to analyze real-time control of these processes and factors influence quality.Both of two methods provide a scientific and effective to discovery and resolve quality problems in the auto parts production workshop.Thirdly,according to MES system function module in B factory,the hierarchy model of MES system management is constructed.Then functional modules are classified and aggregated to get the framework of MES system interface.By analyzing the production flow of EGR valve,selecting key station measurement content and combining with HTML5 code,the MES system login interface and the MES system management interface design are realized respectively.In this paper,the main design of the MES system is quality management module,especially SPC sub-module mean range management function interface.In accordance with the quality of data query logic,the mean value of the query content page is designed.At last,through the eye movement experiment,a contrastive analysis is made between the unimproved data chart and the improved data chart to figure out the effect of the interface improvement.The results of the study can be used as an example to improve the data graph and MES interface in MES.
