We can get a lot of data for scientific management in many ways.Tobacco industry must change the traditional management concepts and behaviors and optimize the allocation of resources. May 2015, the State Council issued ?China manufactured 2025?, put particular focus on intelligent manufacturing, decide to build intelligent plant/digital workshop on areas of focus in the national economy. The Enterprise lean Conference proposed "data culture, improve culture and humanistic culture," as the lean culture ideas in 2014. The conference determines the data culture is the important content of the lean culture. In the Lean management, management improve need to be supported by data, management level needs to measure by data, companies use the date to improve the level of management.In terms of promoting lean management, The article conducts a literature review about data mining techniques and methods. On this basis, The article make a analysis from human resources, equipment and management and environment of data management. The article finds that the workshop has a good team of talents. The labor resources are abundant and the level of equipment and network is high enough to meet the needs of data management. The article also found that despite the workshop has a good resource, but utilization is not high. The data resources need to be used. Device classification of data mining needs in accordance with industry standards and design ?the framework of equipment management for analysis?.The article decomposed indicators by QFD for specific device and framework to find out the data for each position targets and associated indicators. And then the article uses 1500 PLC to solve the problem of data transmission. Finally the article studied the data application. The study contains health condition detection model and data visualization viewer. The health condition detection mode is used to assessment of health condition. The data visualization viewer is used to show the data and it's change by graphics.At last, the article used the data in four directions, including Date mining Health condition detection mode, Visualization viewer design, BPR and The performance evaluation of equipment.
