In order to adapt to the development trend of the power industry’s automation, informationization and intelligent;and ensure the economic, safe, reliable and efficient operation of the entire power system;further meet the demand ofState Grid Corporation of China to strengthen the optimalallocation of enterprise resource and enhance the overall management level,it has a profound realistic significance to conduct a study on visualization management strategy and its application of power operation monitoring.Based on the current power management model, after automatically collecting, extracting and mining the existing information of all kinds of power information management system, we can make a quick analysis of the whole-process and full-range mass information that contains operation information, maintenance information, and marketing information.The mass information can be displayed in graphic visual image, which can help the manager fast and accurately understand to judge the current operation status in overall situation,analyze the changing trend, and make more scientific decision.This paper mainly studies business content, information collecting and processing of visualization management system of power operation monitoring, elaborating the operators of power analysis methods,proposing the power security early warning and emergency handling mechanism based on case-based reasoning,achieving the visualization of power management in the end.The details are as follows:(1) On the basis of summarizingthe status of application and studies in power management, power system visualization and data mining technology, the thesis points out the limitations of the related technicalmethod. (2) This paper briefly summarizes the traditional model ofpower management andpower operation management, and makes a contrastive analysis of the information management model and the characteristics of the existing information management system, integrated management and grid management. This thesis findingthat most power management information system service is relatively single; the data is dispersed; information integration degree is low, which is not conducive to the optimal allocation of enterprise resources and difficult to meet the needs of the intensive, meticulous, intelligentof power operation management.(3) For solving the existing problem effectively, this paper has carried on the exploration tomethods and technical measures of visualization managementof the electric power operationmonitoring, illustrating the concrete application of statistical analysis method and data mining technology in the visualization managementsystem of the electric power operationmonitoring.(4) According to the unusual situations in the power operation monitoring process, this paperproposes some electric power security early warning andemergency handling mechanism based on case-based reasoning, and illustrate some concrete realization methods of decision.(5) This paper analyses the specific needs of the project, introducingthe implementation plan of the visualization management system of power operation monitoring, including supporting platform, technical framework, business module, data acquisition, information integration and integrated operation analysis method. From two aspects ofdescribes information processing process, the thesis describes the main function and operating results of the systemfrom data flow and control flow.By combining the implementation and the specific application of the visualization management system of power operation monitoring of a power company,it has verified the rationality of technology and the feasibility of the visualization managementmethod proposed in this paper.
