Abstract/Summary:
In the process of participating in the global competition of the market,in order to pursue the scale effect and create the "one hundred year brand",the group companies of our country take the "strong,big,long" as the development of enterprises.With the development of the enterprise,with the continuous growth of the enterprise,it will inevitably lead to the management and control of subordinate units of the group headquarters,involving the depth and scope of the management,the issue of centralization and decentralization.Which is the management of people is particularly important,because other aspects are managed by the management of people to achieve,therefore,positioning enterprise group at all levels of human resources management,how to play the maximum utility group of the whole human resources,how to make the combination of flexibility and unity,is the development of enterprise groups must face the problem.DF group is a typical automobile industry,large-scale enterprise group,currently has 17 Affiliated Companies,jointly controlled entities and other companies have direct equity,the total number of employees reached nearly 124 thousand people.DF group’s subordinate enterprise management is a typical group control.How to realize the effective management of human resources in DF group under the mode of group management and control,and through the means of information to strengthen and implement,is the focus of this paper to explore the issue.Through the analysis of current situation of DF group stage group of human resource management,focus on the management of human resources in the development of the group has solved the problem,put forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions to the problems,and according to the information system of human resource management of the construction project of DF group.DF group’s human resources information construction process is a huge and complex project,it is necessary to ensure the effective implementation of the project from the aspects of management method,system security,economy and so on.In the process of informatization construction,must follow the "overall planning,step-by-step implementation,key breakthrough,quick" principle,in strict accordance with the implementation plan and method agreed to the implementation of the project,in order to ensure the success of the project information.At the same time,only from the DF group’s senior management,the project full attention,timely provide the required information resources in the construction of the system and process,in accordance with the requirements of the informatization construction to reform the unreasonable,the true realization of the group’s human resources management informatization,standardization,process standardization,so as to improve the level and efficiency of human resources management the whole group.
