Supply chain management is an important part of the business process reengineering, as well as key process reengineering. Supply chain process reengineering program is from the very beginning of the supply chain process analysis and re-together, and then tinkering design, not just the original process through the use of advanced techniques. Business process reengineering the supply chain is the need to rely on information systems and technology, is to enhance the kind of supply chain processes and improvement. The full implementation of the recycling process would require the introduction of information systems in the enterprise, so that modern information management technology is a necessary prerequisite for process reengineering. This requires companies to update the original business process management, need to focus on the construction of information, but also the need for internal staff training and participation in the design. In the enterprise supply chain reengineering process must first clear information process reengineering programs, and develop specific implementation methods and steps to ensure the implementation of the process is based on a complete set of information flow and with the corresponding indicators in implementation process but also considering the actual situation of enterprises and unexpected factors, even after the implementation of timely assessment and evaluation, so as to ensure that enterprise information process reengineering get the desired effect.W is a US company based on the design, development and production of radio frequency integrated circuit components. The company mainly produces spare parts for mobile phones, W is currently the world's leading supplier of power frequency amplifiers. The company also produced for wireless infrastructure, cable modems, personal communications systems and two-way pagers meta data spare parts, and to explore the base station and local wireless LAN(WLAN) market.The purpose of this paper is in the context of today's economic environment, through the analysis of the status quo W's supply chain management, analyze the problems of the enterprise, supply chain reengineering and proposed reform program through the planning of the supply chain core business processes, for W the company supply chain process reengineering, to W delivers innovative thinking to improve supply chain management to help companies expand their business scale and expand market influence, to create an integrated circuit design brand competitiveness, and enhance the company's competitiveness in the relevant market. This paper studies by learning business process reengineering, and fully consider the actual situation W, W supply chain management as a major transformation of the company's implementation plan, through the supply chain process reengineering as an opportunity to promote the improvement of other processes, establish W's business operations goals, combined with theoretical recycling embodiment of W company and other related industries improve supply chain management model has inspired the role of practical significance.
