An Analysis On The Regional Economic Impact Of River-Sea Coordinated Transport In Ningbo-Zhoushan Port

In the context of international financial crisis and an excess of domestic capacity,in order to revitalize domestic economy,since the 18 th national Congress of the Communist party of China(CPC),the Party Central Committee has put forward three strategies of “the Belt and road”,“Coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei” and “Yangtze River Economic Zone”.The three strategies are not only different from each other,but also serve the common mission that forms vertical and horizontal economic Zone along Yangtze River and sea,shapes a coordinated development pattern within the area that elements flow orderly and freely,the main function is constrained,the basic public service is equal and the environment is endurable”.Among them,“the Belt and road” focus on the realization of external and internal connection,“Coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei” is put forward to solve the imbalances of three zones' s economic development and “Yangtze River Economic Zone” is mainly a focus on the relations of cooperation of central zone and western zone.Ningbo-Zhoushan port is located at the interchange of “the Silk Road at Sea in the 21 st Century”and “the Yangtze River Economic Zone”,and it is the transfer station of coast of China in the southeast,which is very important to promote the foreign trade's cooperation and industrial upgrading of Zhejiang Provinve.Based on this,the scientific and professional research on the impact of regional economy of river-sea coordinated transport's development of in Ningbo-Zhoushan port will play a guiding role in the further development of Zhejiang Province.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces domestic and foreign situation of river-sea coordinated transport,strategies and impacts of economic benefits of domestic and international ports which develop river-sea coordinated transport,and its research methods and contends.The second chapter selects transport's process of import's iron ore,which has a large proportion in Ningbo-Zhoushan port's throughput,using a variety of ways to analyze the modes of transport by transportation cost,time,freight volume,consumption and resource usage,and it finally obtains river-sea coordinated transport has obvious advantages than other forms of transportation.The third chapter provides a brief overview of river-sea coordinated transport's advantages of Ningbo-Zhoushan port.This chapter introduces this from developing situation of Ningbo-Zhoushan port,which says Ningbo-Zhoushan port's location,which is located in the intersection of Yangtze River economic belt and coastal areas in the southeast of china.Because this,it has a big cargo transportation volume,and is current the Jianghai transport base.Apart from it,Ningbo-Zhoushan port's throughput makes up a large proportion in Zhejiang Province,and has a great role in promoting the development of regional economy.Above all,Ningbo-Zhoushan port has a larger advantage of cost than other coastal ports along Yangtze River.In the fourth chapter,by analyzing related association of Jianghai transport indicators and regional output indicators,Jinghai transportation industry and other industries of China's economy,it concluded that there is a correlation between freight volume of Jianghai transport and regional economy growth.And in the fifth chapter,according to Solow model,it puts Jianghai transport's factor into the economic impact's indicators of GDP,and establishes a production function model of Zhejiang province.And it puts Jianghai transport's factor,labor capital and captial into the model,and it finally obtains that the Jianghai transport has an important role on the regional economy growth,and analyzes the shortcomings and reasons of developing river-sea coordinated transport.In the sixth chapter,it provides countermeasures and suggestions for developing Jianghai transport of Ningbo-Zhoushan port.According to the analysis above,it finally puts forward the proposals of developing Jianghai transport of Ningbo-Zhoushan port.It is that innovates regional cooperation mechanism,deepens the reform and opening-up policy,improves the port's function level of shipping finance,and enhances the international shipping's service ability.
