In modern enterprise operations,the human resources have become the most important resource.Chinese enterprises have entered a fierce competitive stage,with the rapid development of the national economy,and the arrival of the ever-changing technology level.Enterprises should rationally develop human resources,stimulate the potential of talent,and then the enterprises can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in order to ultimately succeed in the market competition.Each enterprise are constantly exploring and thinking about how to improve the organizational performance of effective ways in order to improve their competitiveness and adaptability.A scientific and effective performance appraisal system can play an incentive role in the work of enterprise managers,can help enterprises to establish a high level of management team to promote sustainable,stable and healthy development.LX Tendering Agency's current performance appraisal program have many problems in the performance management,it still remain in the original more traditional performance appraisal based on the latest performance appraisal theory and methods,so the performance appraisal system has a lot of problems.This paper aims to solve the problems existing in the performance management of the enterprise management personnel by using the theory and method of modern human resource management,and optimize the performance management of their performance,so that we can enhance the overall performance of the enterprise.To solve the problem of enterprise management performance appraisal,the original performance appraisal system should be improved and optimized,in order to establish a new management performance appraisal system.This paper focuses on these aspects of research and exploration.This paper discusses the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,the research methods,and the theoretical achievements of the performance appraisal research at home and abroad,and puts forward their own research contents,puts forward suggestions and countermeasures on the problems appearing.This paper is the problem-oriented and entry point in the LX Tendering Agent's performance evaluation to find out the status and problems of LX Tendering Agent's performance evaluation through the questionnaire survey,and put forward the analysis of the problems encountered;In LX Tendering Agent management performance appraisal system design,LX Tendering Agent management performance appraisal problems encountered solutions through the use of Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and KPI method,while LX Tendering Agent designed a new management performance assessment methods;In order to ensure the effective implementation of the performance evaluation of the management personnel of the LX Tendering Agent and the corresponding measures,it is necessary to effectively implement the proposed solution,then the performance appraisal system have more effective in the company's daily operations in the implementation,the LX Tendering Agent have a benign development,and LX Tendering Agent management performance appraisal will become a relatively complete,more scientific,more competitive performance appraisal system.
