Urban Planning And Management From A Sustainable Development Of Perspective

With the rapid development of Tianjin Hebei District,there are many problems of urban development,including the emergence of irrational industrial structure,traffic congestion,air pollution,overpopulated,infrastructure lag issues.These problems have constrained the future development of Tianjin economy and society.It is the key to gradually solve the above problems throught making the development strategies of future urban planning and exploring the future development of Hebei which is need to note.First,based on the idea of sustainable development,and the successful experience of the world's developed urban planning,we summarize the sustainable development goals,principles,features layout and successful practices in urban planning and management It will provide a solid foundation for the study of Hebei district development and strategy formulation.Secondly,We find out the problems in the development process of Hebei District,which are including the industrial layout,residential environment,public facilities,commercial building problems,infrastructure,urban greening and so on,and try to explain the reasons thought the analysis the state of economic,social development and functional layout.These will provide experience basis for the development strategy of Hebei.And we'll solve them in future.Finally,based on the idea of sustainable development,the actual population,economy,society and the opportunities and challenges,advantages and disadvantages of the future development,we construct the basic principles and the specific planning strategy for future urban planning of Hebei District,namely the construction of Hebei District "a corridor a along two hearts four areas" This will provide a reference for the future planning and development of Hebei District.
