Research On Assessment Of Credit And Debt Both-clearance Of Construction Enterprise

Construction is a long construction period and complicated engineering system.With the development of economy,the competitions between the enterprises become more fierceiy.There are many funding matters,such as advance-fund construction,which result in asset-liability ratio relative highly.So it is important and pivotal to solve the problem of credit-receiving and debt-clearing in construction enterprises.This academicdissertation is the research on assessment of credit and debt both-clearance of construction enterprises.Firstly,latest research developments of credit and debt both-clearance have been anlyzed and then research purpose have been put forward.Secondly,some related notions about credit,credit-receiving,debt,and debt-clearing have been explained,and the difination of credit and debt both-clearance has been put forward clearly.Thirdly,the dissertation discusses the key factor that may influence the assessment of credit and debt both-clearing.Fourly,the assessment index system which can evaluate credit and debt both-clearin condition has been founded,and at the same time,the AHP and Fuzzy Method have been selected to do quantitative analysis.Lastly,ZTTZ has been selected to be as a case to do demonstration research,which is founed to be effective to validate the feasibility and validity of above models,and bring forward strategies corresponding with the evaluation results.Of course,there are some deficiencies in this research,and futher study is expected to do more adjustment to improve the index system,in order to make it more applicability and wider practicability.
