Research On Improving The Clearance Efficiency Of Large Agricultural Products In Zhoushan

China is a big country of agricultural products consumption.With the global development of international logistics and the rise of marine economy,Zhoushan's imported agricultural commodities have been developing rapidly.At the same time,stakeholders also put forward higher requirements on the efficiency of customs clearance of Zhoushan's agricultural commodities.Obviously,the improvement of customs clearance efficiency of bulk agricultural products is of great significance to the development of international trade of agricultural products in Zhoushan,ports and Export-oriented industrialization in Zhoushan.In this paper,the entire customs clearance process of imported agricultural commodities from Zhoushan is taken as the research object.Firstly,the current situation of the customs clearance process and the customs clearance efficiency of imported agricultural commodities from Zhoushan are analyzed,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the customs clearance efficiency of Zhoushan's imported agricultural commodities from three aspects: The impact of Customs,the impact of relevant enterprises and the impact of other relevant government units,a questionnaire was designed to evaluate the customs clearance efficiency of agricultural products imported from Zhoushan,and the index system was set up to evaluate the customs clearance efficiency of agricultural products imported from Zhoushan,from the perspective of customs,relevant enterprises and other relevant government units,customer demand-oriented,by means of optimizing and adjusting the current customs clearance mode,process and carrier,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the customs clearance efficiency of Zhoushan's imported agricultural products.The research of this paper has certain guiding significance for deeply understanding the customs clearance process of import agricultural products from Zhoushan and improving the customs clearance efficiency.
