| Although the electric power industry has an advantage of monopoly,there is also fierce competition,especially in the electricity industry,between various groups among the oligarchs and regional offices.And it is inevitable to adopt to this situation,thus,the companies must continue to improve the quality of its products and services.Based on this form,we invested the phenomena of waste and irrational during the process.Then,we came up with the concept of lean marketing and summarized an experienced methods to improve the process for Huhehaote Power Supply Bureau Customer Service Center.We provided a theoretical and practical reference for the future development of enterprises.Additionally,as this research is based on the concrete practice of power enterprises,it has the great significance both on the academic study and practice.Finally,the ways to build lean corporate culture,the implementation of lean marketing strategy are also of great significance for the enterprise to win it in the face of competition. |
