An Entropy Based Comprehensive Evaluation On Green Coal Mine

China is rich in mineral resources.The orderly development,utilization and protection of mineral resources play an important role in the economic development of china.The traditional extensive economic development at the expense of the environment has brought a very prominent problem.Development and construction of green mine has become an inevitable choice for the development and utilization of mineral resources.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to standardize and guide the transformation of China’s mineral resources to the concept of green.Aiming at the problem that the existing the practicability of green mine evaluation system is not high enough and the evaluation method is not enough perfect,based on the entropy weight method and the minimum cross entropy criterion,and the consistency and difference of expert opinion,the comprehensive evaluation model of coal mine is established,and a multi expert comprehensive evaluation method for green coal mine is designed and apply it to the evaluation of HF coal mine to identify the feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation model.Specifically,the main results of this paper are: According to the Ministry of land and resources,the basic conditions for the construction of national green mine",not only the green mine evaluation system is designed,which is more clear and complete,but enhance the practical value of the basic conditions;Based on the entropy weight method and the minimum cross entropy model,this paper puts forward a multi expert comprehensive evaluation method for green coal mines and emphasizes taking into account the consistency and difference of expert opinion.The subjectivity and objectivity of index judgment are integrated,so that the evaluation method of green coal mine is more perfect and reasonable;The multi expert comprehensive evaluation model of green coal mine is applied to the evaluation of green mine construction in HF coal mine to show the evaluation process of green mine evaluation model to put forward some suggestions for the development of green mines in HF coal mine.The theory and method of multi expert evaluation based on entropy theory enriches relevant green mine evaluation,and has a certain role in well promoting for the development of green mining industry in China.It can also be used as a reference for other similar problems.
