| For the problem of measuring the coal mine human-factor-managed performance and improving this performance, firstly, these theory documents, which are related to the current safety situation of coal mines’production and the laws of coal mines’production and the safety management and the performance management and the evaluation of safety performance and so on, and coal mines’ safety production practice are analyzed and studied. Based on these analyses and researchs, the factors of the coal mine human-factor-managed performance are analyzed and classified with some theories and methods such as the system theory, the process management theory and the active measuring method and the passive measuring method. Secondly, the coal mine human-factor-managed performance measurement index system is built using some means such as the analyzing documents means and the consulting experts means and the key factors means and the analytic hierarchy process means and the risk matrix means on the basis of the factors of the coal mine human-factor-managed performance. Thirdly, the model, which consists of the static multi-hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the dynamitic multi-hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, measuring the coal mine human-factor-managed performance is built with some fuzzy mathematics theory based on the coal mine human-factor-managed performance measurement index system and then this model is used in practice. Finally, the dynamics and closed-loop improvement mode, which includes some mechanisms improving the coal mine human-factor-managed performance and the method identifying the stage emphasis of improving this performance and the prewarnning mechanism, is pointed out with use of the Complete Information Static Game Theory and the Weight Principal Component Analysis in accordance with the process factors of the coal mine human-factor-managed performance. |
