Based on the advantages and disadvantages analysis of several commonly used evaluation methods of the current mine safety evaluation, the paper applies unascertained math theory, combines the unascertained information and unascertained measure evaluation method and the safety evaluation of coal mining enterprises, put forward a new thought of mine safety evaluation that combining the unascertained measure theory and mine daily safety data to make a comprehensive evaluation of the coal mine safety level and get the safety level of the coal mine. When using the unascertained measure evaluation methods to make the comprehensive evaluation, the most important factors are the construction of the evaluation system and the weights determination. Based on the detail analysis of the principles of the construction of index system and progressive relations between the basic level, set up unascertained measure mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation of coal mine safety, dividing the security level of security factors.Finally, the studied unascertained measure evaluation method has been applied to Bofang coal mines and is developed and designed through the means of its computer software system.The completion of this project and the successful development of the software, will be beneficial to improve Bofang coal mine security management level and has great significance for effectively controlling coal mine accidents; at the same time, the research of the system in the coal has a strong practical value and broad application prospects.
