Research On Green Mining Strategy Of Hegang Xinling Coal Mine

Green mine construction is a new concept of sustainable development for miningenterprises. It is new thinking for the management and development of mineralresources under the new situation. Green mine construction’s ultimate goals are toachieve economic benefits, social benefits, environmental benefits, resource andcultural benefits. The scientific development concept and the sustainable developmentconcept are throughout the whole process of mine construction, production andecological restoration. The resource saving and environmental friendly mine meetsthe requirements of mining modernization.Firstly this article grasp green mine construction at home and abroad firstly,summarize and evaluate of the results of research on the green mine construction ofscholars at home and abroad. Identify the lack of literature review of our research ongreen mine construction. Secondly, the study of the definition of related concepts andtheoretical basis of the sustainable development of mining and green mines. Thirdly,from the the perspective of the sustainable development of mining, analysis HegangXinling green coal mine construction status quo at first, then identify three majorproblems need to be solved of building Xinling green mines.Fourthly, SWOT analysisof the various subsystems of Xinling green mine and identify its own advantages,weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, using the SWOT strategic combinationmethod established4strategies, according to the actual situation to identify twostrategies for evaluation and selection; Then followed by the the STEM evaluationmethod selected two sets of strategic optimal choice, draw a set of program at last;Finally, according to the program and the aforementioned problems summed up theXinling mine should take optimal building strategy and come to the perfect strategy.The conclusions of this article are as follows:1.Firstly,this article analysis the construction of Hegang Xinling coal mine,pointingout three major problems needed to solved of Hegang Xinling mine construction.2.In empirical research, SWOT analysis and STEM analysis derived the Xinling greencoal mine optimal building strategy "Play to our strengths,take advantage ofopportunities----Use of green mining policy practice sustainable development ofmining".The author think that Xinling green mine construction strategy is a set ofcomprehensive green-mine construction strategy of"underground repeated mining, the ground returf and body Two Wings to build mining tour landscape taking into accountthe corporate profit and social responsibility".3.By drawing on other advanced green coal mine construction strategies, formed aperfect strategy of Hegang Xinling green coal mine construction.
